What is a Container Farm?
Uprooted Container Farm is a self-contained, indoor, vertical hydroponic farming system capable of producing fresh, healthy plants in any climate.
The container farm’s production capacity is comparable to 1 acre of outdoor crop yield, at a 99% smaller footprint of 400 sq.ft. Water usage is about 40litres per day. Production in a controlled environment mitigates weather, pest and weed issues associated with outdoor growing, while allowing total control over light, nutrients and thus, grow time.
We follow organic protocols using non-GMO, organic seed stock, no pesticides or herbicides and sanitize with only natural products.
